Call
A wedding planning includes many decisions to make, so we will be by your side to facilitate the organization. We'll be resolving any doubts together with you on a 60 minute Clarity Call: this meeting is designed to answer any and all of your wedding related questions. Whether you are needing help deciding on a venue, finding the most suitable suppliers, setting a budget and even getting a styling consultation. In this case we won’t assist you with the entire organization of the wedding and we won’t be present at the ceremony, but we'll put you on the right path to start planning your day.
Wedding Coordinator
In this case, the person in charge takes over the organization of your ceremony about one month before and will be present at the wedding day to supervise the event. This figure takes care of: contacting and coordinate suppliers; developing a wedding timeline, that is the program of the key moments of the day; setting up the place of the ceremony and the reception venue according to the direction of the couple.
Full Wedding Planning
A journey to be built together, month after month, until the day of your Yes. The Full Wedding Planning service is a year-long path during which we’ll be by your side to support you throughout the wedding organization. We'll draw up a timetable of meetings between us, of appointments with suppliers that we’ll recommend and evaluate together, of visits to the locations and of anything you’ll need to make your wedding really unique. We'll be doing our best to optimize your budget, which we’ll examine since the first meetings, and to follow the fil rouge drawn through a careful and accurate Wedding Design project.
